The Academic Success Character Circle is the daily process of preparing students to embrace self-efficacy throughout the entire school day of learning.

Students:

• Acknowledge emotions
• Make positive affirmations
• Make conscious decisions surrounding the idea of ‘being the best that they can be one moment at a time.

The Character Circle may be tailored to last one to five minutes before class, or up to 45 minutes

Teachers, students, staff, principal, and parents communicate success as a team effort, while focusing on self-improvement. Team success symbolized by a thumbs up, contributes to the overall school improvement, as participants make conscious strides at being their best one moment at a time

The Academic Success Character Club is generally implemented two to five days each week after school.

The club offers students

• The opportunity to discover their academic strengths
• To identify their personal interests
• Engage in a life-changing experience known as THE BIG CHALLENGE

1. The students experience an extended version of The Character Circle.
2. The students engage in a reality-type self-efficacy project.
3. The students demonstrate mastery of The Big Challenge.

The What You Say Is What You Are book, activity guide and cd are required materials for the club.

• Invest Best is an intermittent academic maintenance plan designed to create and build an academically strong foundation within scholars, endowed with enhanced stamina and resilience in efficacy.
  


• Invest Best is a three-year investment commitment credited with a unique patented formula for creating stamina and producing resilient scholars. The plan is a prepaid tuition-based tutoring program available to scholars as young as entering first grade.
  


• There are three trimesters per term and a total of three terms. Each term represents 1 academic school year. Tuitions are made once per term. Essentially, the plan secures prepayment for a long-term academic tutoring plan leading to academic competence.
